Apply now! Deadline to enter the 2009 New Hampshire's Outstanding Teen Program is Friday, December 5, 2008

This program is open to all residents or full time students in the State of New Hampshire who meet the eligibility and age requirements. The deadline to enter is Friday, December 5, 2008. To download an application, simply click below on each link. Hand-delivered applications must be delivered no later than 6:00 p.m. on the 5th of December at the Miss NH Office at 20 East Broadway, Derry, NH. Applications mailed to the Miss NH office must be postmarked no later than December 4, 2008.

Click here to fill out and print the Miss NH's Outstanding Teen Contract. Or click here to print the form to be completed by hand. Either way, you need to review this with your parents or guardian. You and your parents or guardian will be required to sign this contract in front of a Notary or Justice of the Peace. Please fill this out and mail it back, already notarized, with your paperwork.

Photo and Seat Deposit Requirement:

Besides the contestant contract, resume and platform statement, to file a complete application we require one standard size color head and shoulder photograph. To view sample photographs, please view last year's Miss New Hampshire Outstanding Teen contestants at 2008 Miss NH's Outstanding Teen Contestants. The photograph may be a hard copy, but we prefer that you file a photograph electronically in .jpg format. Please try to use existing photos - we do not want you to spend money!
