This page provides everything you need to request the distribution of your scholarship funds, including the required request form, step-by-step instructions, scholarship policies, and contact information for additional assistance.
Requesting Your Scholarship
To receive your scholarship funds, all recipients must complete the online Scholarship Request Form.
Please complete the form in its entirety and provide any required documentation to avoid delays in processing your request.

Eligible Programs
The Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Foundation administers scholarship awards for all of the local programs EXCEPT for the following programs:

If you earned a scholarship through a local program not administered by the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Foundation, please contact your local Program Director directly for instructions regarding scholarship distribution.
